Direct-to-Garment (DTG) Printing

DTG printing involves applying water-based, pigmented inks directly onto the fabric, allowing the ink to absorb into the fibers. This method is ideal for cotton or cotton-blend garments and is excellent for producing detailed, full-color designs. DTG is commonly used for items such as t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, joggers, and tote bags.

What sizes are available?
Most items are available in sizes ranging from XS to 4XL. If your size isn't listed, please feel free to message us — we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Can I change the design or colors?
Because all printed items are made to order, we don't offer custom changes to graphics once the order is placed. Please double-check your selections before completing your purchase.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the made-to-order nature of our apparel, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please get in touch with us first for authorization before returning anything.

My item arrived damaged or with a print issue — what now?
We're here to help! Contact us on the same day of delivery with a photo of the issue. If it's our fault, we'll send a perfect replacement at no extra cost.

Refund Policy

• Graphic shirts and sweatshirts (including custom designs and print-to-order pieces)

• Exchanges are not accepted.
• We do not accept automatic returns or refunds.
• All returns require prior approval via email or text—returns without authorization will not be accepted.
• If a return is approved, it will be issued as store credit only for the item(s) purchased (excluding shipping fees).
• Store credit is delivered by email and must be used for future orders. It cannot be retroactively applied.
