- Custom Orders: Based on our inventory levels, production times range from 5 to 25 days. We'll inform you via email if there's a delay beyond the expected ship date.
Order Confirmation Emails:
- Order Acceptance: A confirmation email verifying your order is now being processed.
- Shipment Notification: A second email from the carrier with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Refund Policy
Return Policy for Ready-to-Ship Items
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the issue was caused by us.
Restocking Fee:
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping costs unless the issue is our mistake. If we are at fault, no restocking fee will be applied, and we will resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
