Our Promise of Craftsmanship & Care
At Jazzy and Glitzy, each order is carefully crafted or curated with intention, creativity, and attention to detail. Many of our items are handmade, customized, or printed to order, which makes them truly special. However, this also means that we must follow a firm policy regarding returns and exchanges.
Final Sale Items
The following items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
  • Graphic shirts and sweatshirts (including custom designs and print-to-order pieces)
Our production partners do not accept returns or exchanges, so please double-check your size, color, and style before placing your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
  • Exchanges are not accepted.
  • We do not accept automatic returns or refunds.
  • All returns require prior approval via email or text—returns without authorization will not be accepted.
  • If a return is approved, it will be issued as store credit only for the item(s) purchased (excluding shipping fees).
  • Store credit is delivered by email and must be used for future orders. It cannot be retroactively applied.

If you believe your item is eligible for return due to an error or issue, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within three business days of delivery with:
  • Your order number
  • A clear photo and description of the issue

Once we've reviewed your request, we'll let you know if the return is approved and give you the correct address and instructions.
Return Conditions
Approved returns must meet these requirements:
  • Returned in original packaging
  • In new, unworn, and unwashed condition, with tags (if applicable)
  • Free of pet hair, stains, odors (e.g., perfume, smoke, deodorant), and signs of wear
  • Shipped back within 48 hours of return approval
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping (unless the item is defective or incorrect)
Faulty or Damaged Items
If there is a production defect or damage, please let us know within three business days of delivery. We'll work together to repair, replace, or refund the item. In these cases, we will cover return shipping costs.
Please include a photo of the issue for faster processing.
Important Notes
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
  • Store credit applies only to the product price, not shipping fees.
  • The exact color and pattern may vary slightly due to lighting, monitor settings, or printing methods—this does not qualify as a defect.
  • We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper care or incorrect size selection.
  • We recommend washing apparel on a gentle cycle and hanging it to dry.
