What kind of customization can be done?
● If you like a specific design and need small changes.
● Need it longer or shorter/ bigger or smaller.
● Add/ change/ remove pearls or a crystal.
● Need a matching jewelry set.
● Send me a photo of your jewelry & accessory that you want to match it.
If you could kindly send us the product link you are interest in, explain what customization or changes required. I"ll be happy to assist your request, and discuss it with you to make the appropriate changes if the design is available.

JazzyAndGlitzy orders are generally processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, pending credit card verification and item availability.
Custom orders usually require 5 - 25 days depending on our supply inventory to be processed and shipped, if we cannot ship your order within the time frame indicated on our site, you will be notified by email with the anticipated ship date. We will ship your order on the anticipated date unless we receive an email from you requesting rush service or cancellation.
You will receive two emails during the ordering process:
1 - An e-mail verification that your order has been accepted by our system
2 - And a 2nd e-mail from your requested carrier serice you chose at checkout when your order has shipped.
The email from the shipper will contain your tracking #, which allows you to track your package by going to the shipper’s web site or click the link with your tracking #.
SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
Shipping charges are based on merchandise weight and are the responsibility of the customer. Please see our shipping charge schedules below:
USPS first class mail takes usually 3-7 days anywhere in the USA for $4.20
It is important to JazzyAndGlitzy that you are happy with your purchase and we'll do our best to resolve any issues.
Pictures are enlarged to show details and may not show the actual size on your screen. Please refer to the measurements for the actual size. All items are described in detail with reference to size and color. Please contact me if you have any queries.
If you wish to return an item, you must contact me within 2 days of receipt of the item through firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number as a reference.
For returns there will be a 25% restocking fee to cover our transaction fees & labor or any other charges to make and ship your order. Amount, less the 25% restocking fees and shipping, will be credited on receipt of the returned package. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
- The returns must be shipped back within 1-2 working days of contact for return.
Items returned MUST be sent in original packaging and unused at the buyer's cost. Refunds will not be given if goods are damaged due to poor packaging or sent without the original box and packaging. Customer is responsible for shipping expenses on both exchange and returns.
- It is strongly recommended that returns are sent back with tracking. No refunds will be made on items lost in the mail.

We usually start to organize and work on orders right away, if you didn't receive your shipping notification you can contact us to cancel your order..
ITEMS NOT EXCHANGEABLE OR RETURNABLE
We do not strictly exchange or take back on:
Used jewelry (if you contact us after 2 days of receipt of the item, we assume that it is an used jewelry)
The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred or any damage occurred during shipment.
