- Custom Orders:Ā Production times range from 5 to 25 days, based on our inventory levels. If there's a delay beyond the expected ship date, we'll inform you via email.
Order Confirmation Emails:
- Order Acceptance:Ā A confirmation email verifying your order is now being processed.
- Shipment Notification:Ā A second email from the carrier with a tracking number, once your order has shipped.
Refund Policy
Return Policy for Ready-to-Ship Items
- Returns:Ā Accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Return Shipping:Ā To be provided by the customer.
- Restocking Fee:Ā A 10% fee will be applied to the refunded amount to cover our shipping cost for your order.
